A tagine or tajine is a North African dish named after the earthenware pot in which it is traditionally cooked.
An aromatic, slowly braised stew full of chickpeas, tomatoes and other vegetables.
Served with couscous.

66 % vegetable preparation* with chickpeas* (vegetables* in varying proportions [potatoes*, carrots*, tomatoes*, tomato juice*], 12 % chickpeas*, water, onions*, sunflower oil*, raw cane sugar*, sea salt, spices*), 34 % cooked couscous* (durum wheat semolina*)

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation in the oven or in the microwave

  1. Remove the carton from the tray and prick the film.
  2. Put the Dish in the preheated Oven and heat it for 8-15 min with 160 °C to 180 °C circulating air or in the microwave  with 600 Watt for around 3-6 min. The grill function should not be switched on.  Afterwards let it cool down for one minute.
  3. Remove the film carefully. Stir it up and prepare it as you wish on a plate.
    Enjoy your meal!

Attention: The Tray can become very hot!

Preparation in the pan

Put the Thai Curry and the Rice with a bit of oil in a pan and heat while stiring for around 8-10 min. Upon need add 2-3 table spoons of water. Serve it hot afterwards.
